The Accelerator Speed Training System is designed to increase swing speeds by getting the body to move at a quicker/faster pace than the golfer?s normal speed. The concept is to first increase the speed of the body by reducing the ?swing-load? or the weight of the club. Step 2 is an increase in ?swing-load? to teach the golfer that the body is capable of moving at a faster pace. Three different weights are used in the training to progressively increase the swing load. Two clubs in the swing trainer system are lighter, and one is slightly heavier than a standard driver.
